Street is the home of Clark's Village, which is a factory outlet for famous names such as Clark's Shoes, Next, Marks and Spencer, Laura Ashley and many others.  It was the first purpose built factory outlet centre in the UK and currently has over 90 outlet shops to choose from.  You can visit there website here: http://www.clarksvillage.co.uk.

Outside Clark's Village, there are also numerous excellent and very cheap shoe shops in Street.

Street is around 10 minutes away.

Taunton is the county town of Somerset.  Most of the big names are there.  The town centre can get quite busy on Saturdays.

Bristol Cribbs Causeway hosts "The Mall".  It is probably the biggest shopping centre in the area.  It is around 40 minutes away.
